If we have products in stock allow 2-5 days for shipping, otherwise products are made to order. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. Prices and fabrics are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENT OPTIONS All initial orders are pre-paid by check or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
To establish a net 30 account, please send us a written notice of a bank reference, three trade references and your federal ID number. We reserve the right to modify or revoke credit privileges. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Outstanding invoices may accrue finance, collection, court, and/or attorney’s fees.
NEW CUSTOMERS Customers placing an order with Super Natural Baby for the first time are asked to send a photocopy of their resale certificate.
SHIPPING All items are shipped UPS Ground from San Francisco unless otherwise specified, we will notify you by email of any delays. If you would like to arrange for rush delivery please call or e-mail us. We do not ship to PO Boxes. All shipping and handling charges are additional.

RETURNS To return a defective item, please call us first for a return authorization number and for shipping instructions. All claims for returns must be submitted to Super Natural Baby within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Any damage claims must be received within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. Notice of loss or damage must be filed with UPS, and all packaging materials should be retained for UPS inspection.
PRIVACY We do not share or sell any information we collect from you - it is used for the sole purpose of processing your order.
